This is what Renae has to say about studying IT at North Coast TAFE.

By undertaking the Certificate III in Information Technology I have obtained a more thorough understanding of computers and their related applications which in turn has enabled me to carry out the necessary tasks associated with my employment in administration within a local privately owned childcare centre.  I have found that I now have skills that rise above those expected by my employer and have become an even greater asset to the company.

The course has given me the knowledge and confidence to use industry standard applications efficiently and at a reasonably high level, the ability to trouble shoot problems that may arise with company equipment and to implement appropriate backup procedures to protect the company’s vital information.
